Pick Up:

  • When can I pick up my order from Cloudz?
    Orders can be picked up every Tuesday and Friday, 10am-5pm.
  • Do I need to receive an email confirmation for my pick-up?
    Yes, you will receive an email confirmation containing details about your pick-up, including the date and instructions.
  • Is there a contact number for inquiries regarding pick-up?
    For inquiries related to pick-up, you can contact our customer service at 0977 807 1623.
  • Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
    Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your order. Make sure they have the order details and necessary information.
  • What if I need rush accommodations for pick-up?
    If you require rush accommodations, please contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities and arrangements.

Shipping:

  • When can I expect my Cloudz shipment to arrive?
    Processing of shipments are scheduled every Tuesday and Friday. 
  • Shipping times vary based on location:
  • Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
  • Provincial areas: 5-7 business days Please note that these estimates start from the day after your order has been shipped. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order by the day before the intended shipping day (Tuesday or Friday).
  • How will I know if my shipment is on the way?
    You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Payment Methods:

  • What payment methods are accepted by Cloudz?
    We accept payments through BPI, GCash, Paymaya, and also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) through Lazada and Shopee.
  • Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option through Lazada and Shopee.

Shipping Fee:

  • How much is the shipping fee for deliveries within Metro Manila?
    The shipping fee for deliveries within Metro Manila is ₱150, Provincial ₱300.
